Anti Spam Policy and Terms of Use

  1. Our standard payment term is Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment first is required prior to acceptance of goods and/or services.
  2. After commencement of service, no refund shall be entertained, either in part or full.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  4. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  5. The System will store data of your surveys/campaigns/polls/mailing list as long as your account is current and active.
  6. We expressly forbid SPAM (the term “SPAM” meaning the sending of unsolicited e-mail to parties unknown to the sender). GC Tech has a zero tolerance SPAM policy. Any customer found to be using GC Tech system for SPAM will have their account subject to immediate termination.
  7. We will cooperate with legal authorities in releasing names and IP addresses of users who are involved in SPAM or other illegal activities.
  8. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through use of the service or site is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.
  9. We will exercise all reasonable efforts to maintain the Customer’s confidentiality with regard to business or technical information it receives in connection with its performance for the Customer. We will use the information it receives about Customers solely for the purpose of providing services to the Customer.
  10. This is an agreement for services, and you are not granted a license to any software by signing up and paying for our services and agreeing to this agreement.
  11. Client agrees to review these terms and conditions prior to contracting GC Tech IT Solution for any services and by contracting any service shall be deemed acceptance of terms and conditions.
  12. GC Tech’s terms and conditions apply to any and all quotations and/or online orders.
